Virtual Special Issue: Contemporary Environmental and Agrarian Issues The Journal of Peasant Studies: Critical Perspectives on Rural Politics and Development

The Journal of Peasant Studies

Following on from earlier Journal of Peasant Studies virtual special issues including 40 Classics in Peasant Studies, Peasants and Politics, and Greening Agrarian Studies, JPS is releasing a new collection on “Contemporary Environmental and Agrarian Issues” showcasing our most recent work in this area.

We hope academics will find this virtual special issue useful in their courses. We hope students of contemporary critical environmental and agrarian studies, among others, will find it useful in building their theoretical foundations. We hope policy practitioners will find it relevant in informing policy debates. We hope agrarian, food, environmental and climate justice activists will find it relevant in their political struggles.

Included articles are currently free to access online until 31st July 2017.
