Griffith Law Review

The Griffith Law Review: Law Theory Society is a peer-reviewed journal publishing innovative socio-legal, inter-disciplinary and critical legal research. The Review considers submissions of General Manuscripts, Open Space (photo essays, interviews, and other alternative forms of scholarship), Book Reviews and proposals for Special Issues that engage with law from critical, theoretical and socio-legal perspectives.

The Review has the following issues scheduled for publication in 2018:

- (2018) Volume 27(1) – General Issue
- (2018) Volume 27(2) – Special Issue ‘The Space of Justice: Courtrooms, Innovation, Practice’. Issue Editors: Dr Emma Henderson (Law School, La Trobe University) and Dr Kirsty Duncanson (School of HUSS, La Trobe University).
