The Baltic Journal of Economics is a high-impact, peer-reviewed open access journal in economics. BJE is jointly published by the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga (SSE) and the Baltic International Centre for Economic Policy Studies (BICEPS) in cooperation with Routledge.
What kinds of research does BJE publish?
The Baltic Journal of Economics welcomes contributions which have theoretical or empirical emphasis as well as papers that take a political economy approach to research on transnational economies. Papers with policy relevance, or which combine economic theory with empirical findings are particularly welcome.
Of particular interest to the journal is research that is primarily relevant to Baltic or Central European economics. High-quality contributions on other countries are also accepted, so long as the topic is relevant to the Baltic region.
