International Gambling Studies is inviting submissions for a Special Issue on the Neuroscience and Neuropsychology of Gambling, to be published in April 2018.
We encourage submissions of both original research articles and systematic reviews, pertaining to all aspects of neuroscience and neuropsychology related to gambling behaviour and problem gambling, including (but not limited to):
- brain imaging;
- cognitive testing;
- computational modelling;
- behavioural genetics;
- animal models of gambling;
- research on novel therapeutics, including pharmacological treatments and brain stimulation.
For consideration in the Special Issue, abstracts should be submitted to Dr. Luke Clark by 1 June 2017, with full manuscripts due on 1 September 2017 via the International Gambling Studies online manuscript submission site.
The deadline will be followed strictly, in order that papers can be published in print in the April 2018 issue.
Manuscripts submitted after 1 September will be considered as regular submissions to International Gambling Studies and, if accepted, will be published in subsequent print issues.
Accepted papers will be published online ahead of the Special Issue.
Please refer to the International Gambling Studies Instructions for Authors page for further information on how to submit your manuscript.
All manuscripts submitted must follow the correct formatting and required information.
